Improving inclusive services in the hotel business of Kazakhstan is one of the key strategic directions of the modern hospitality industry. In the global tourism market, the demand for creating accessible and inclusive environments is increasing every year. This is especially important for people with disabilities, the elderly, families traveling with children, and socially vulnerable groups. Providing conditions for full, safe, and comfortable services in hotels is a fundamental requirement of international standards. In Kazakhstan, the first steps in this direction have been taken, but improving the quality of inclusive services remains a pressing issue.
To develop inclusivity in the hotel business, several measures must be implemented: ensuring infrastructural accessibility, improving staff awareness and training in inclusive culture, providing informational accessibility, as well as developing specialized online services through digital platforms. Furthermore, the development of inclusive tourism not only increases the social responsibility of the hotel business but also strengthens its competitiveness.
