Abstract

In the modern world of tourism, the focus is on inclusiveness and accessibility for all. Training of tourist personnel capable of providing services to people with special needs is becoming an urgent problem. This article discusses the importance of tourism development for inclusive consumers, and this is possible with high professional training for serving special travelers. People with special needs (PWSN) have the right to fully participate in tourism activities, and this creates a growing market for tourism professionals who can provide individual services for this audience. In this article, the types of restrictions for people with special needs and the need to explain their opportunities are presented. To develop recommendations for the development of this field, the foreign experience of providing services to people with special needs , as well as world innovations and experiences, was studied. Based on the above, we have developed a method of training personnel in the field of tourism, serving people with special needs.
