Abstract

The article analyzes the performance indicators of the tourism industry in the East Kazakhstan region for 2022–2023, including the average profit per tourist, infrastructure occupancy, and their interrelation. The economic contribution of the region's districts to tourism development has been identified. Based on the data, recommendations for enhancing profitability and developing tourism in the region are proposed.
