Abstract

This article focuses on studying the organizational structure of an enterprise and examining who makes decisions, implements and controls their implementation, and at what level. The article explores the organizational structure of each department and the functions of each individual employee. Any organization shall establish, formalize and standardize norms and work rules that determine norms and rules of behavior of employees. The more precisely the rules and regulations of the enterprise providing ecotourism services are formulated, the more predictability and, consequently, stability there will be. The quality of departments in the organization is often determined by the personnel selection and placement system. It is analyzed that the behavior of
people in the group is determined by unwritten laws, that is, organizational culture. Organizational culture tells new employees which initiatives are accepted and which are not accepted in the organization.
