This article explores the development of rural tourism in rural areas of the Turkistan region and its impact on the incomes of local residents. The Turkistan region is considered a favorable area for the development of rural tourism due to its advantageous natural and climatic conditions, abundance of historical and cultural landmarks, and widespread agricultural activity. The study analyzes the role of rural tourism in generating income sources, the level of participation of rural residents in rural tourism activities, and the economic efficiency of rural tourism services. The findings reveal that rural tourism not only serves as an additional source of income for rural populations but also promotes entrepreneurial activity. Within the framework of this scientific article, research methods such as literature review and comparative analysis were used to examine the effect of rural tourism on rural incomes in the Turkistan region. The article also highlights the main barriers and constraints to the development of rural tourism and proposes solutions to overcome them. The research results conclude with practical recommendations aimed at creating sustainable income sources in rural areas, reducing unemployment, and supporting regional economic development.
