This study examines how economic analysis helps enterprises in the tourism and social-cultural service sectors to develop effectively and adapt to changes. The research explores key analytical methods such as financial analysis, break-even analysis, SWOT analysis, demand forecasting, and sensitivity analysis, which help to better understand a company's financial condition, its strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and risks for future growth.
During the study, we analyzed several real enterprises, including "Global Tourism," "Culture and Leisure," and "Guiding Star." This allowed us to see how different analytical methods help identify key aspects of company management and make informed decisions. We concluded that the regular application of economic methods enables companies to respond promptly to environmental changes and maintain financial stability. The recommendations based on the analysis will help companies manage costs more efficiently, improve marketing strategies, forecast demand, and effectively manage risks. This study will be useful not only for managers and specialists in the tourism and cultural services sectors but also for students and researchers interested in applying economic analysis methods in this field.
